Glenn Dean Pointer, born on February 17, 1960, peacefully departed this life on March 2026.

Glenn was a veteran of the US army who honorably served his country in the military. His service reflected his courage, discipline, and dedication. Although he later became disabled as a result of his military service, he lived life with resilience and strength throughout his life.

Known for his kindness and warm spirit, Glenn was deeply loved by those who knew him. In his youth, he was charming, charismatic, and full of promise, even being voted “Most Likely to Succeed” during his high school years. He carried that same bright spirit into adulthood, leaving lasting impressions on friends, family, and everyone fortunate enough to cross his path.

Glenn was also an exceptionally talented musician whose love for music brought joy and comfort to many. His creativity and passion were gifts that spoke louder than words and reflected the depth of his soul.

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother Ida Mae Pointer and father Gerald Norwood Pointer Sr. Glenn leaves behind his loving daughter Tequa Pointer and one brother Geoffrey Pointer, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who will continue to honor and cherish his memory.

Glenn will be remembered for his gentle heart, his service to his country, his musical talent, and the kindness he extended to others throughout his life.

May his memory bring comfort to all who loved him, and may he rest in happiness and eternal peace.
